Acceptance of Terms

Your access to or use of any ArcadeGoods Store service constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, together with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of the United States. Should you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you are not permitted to use any ArcadeGoods Store offering. Any individual accessing the services on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Product Information and Pricing

ArcadeGoods Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise in product information, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information at no cost to you. For items with natural variability (such as handmade or natural material goods), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; ArcadeGoods Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by ArcadeGoods Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment must be received before order dispatch or pickup, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement to purchase such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you before dispatch and may offer a suitable substitute, or issue a refund for the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on ArcadeGoods Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "ArcadeGoods Store" name and branding — is the exclusive property of ArcadeGoods Store and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ArcadeGoods Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) submitted to our platforms may be used by ArcadeGoods Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ArcadeGoods Store's services shall first be submitted to ArcadeGoods Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

ArcadeGoods Store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
